磁共振成象术在眼外伤中的应用

摘要 介绍磁共振成象术应用于眼外伤6例.MRI对非磁性异物可以清楚地构画出其大小和部位;对磁性异物则显示困难,且会产生移位而损伤眶内组织,禁忌使用.对眶内血肿能容易地确定血肿的部位和性质.对外伤性海绵窦动静脉瘘可不使用造影剂,直接清楚地显示颈内动脉及扩大了的海绵窦或眼静脉,对该病的诊断十分有利.对挤压性青紫的诊断是否有价值尚待进一步观察. The application of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)to six cases of ocular injury is reported. The size, shape and position of non-magnetic foreign bodies including hematome within orbit were ciearly discriminated and imaged byMRI. And dilated cavernous sinus or ocular vein of patient with traumatic arteriovenous fistula could be notably demostrated without using contrast medium as well. However. MRI was not favourable on diagnosis of magnetic foreign bodies witLin orbit because of their unclear mage and movement injury resulting from the magnetic force. Whether MRI would be helpful upon the diagnosis of compression cyanosis is under investigatioa.
