摘要
对择期手术的 5 1例行子宫、卵巢切除术病人 ,在术前探访的基础上主动向病人介绍有关妇科疾病的发生、发展和生殖系统的解剖及生理功能方面的知识 ,让病人了解自己的病情。采用自行设计的择期手术病人焦虑原因调查表 ,调查病人最担心的情况 ,有针对性地进行健康教育。结果显示 :经过系统教育后 ,病人的不安与恐惧等心理有明显改善 ,增强了对手术成功的信心。
Preoperative systematic education for 51 patients undergoing selective hysterectomy or ovariectomy was performed concerning occurrence and development of gynecological diseases, anatomic and physiological function of genital system. A self designed questionnaire was conducted to understand what they worried most for the purpose of carrying out proper individual health education. The results showed that the worries and anxiety of the patients who received the systematic education were relieved and their confidence in the success of operation was increased.
