实施急救护理技能培训的对照研究

目的 探讨提高护理人员急救技能的有效方法。方法 将全院 45岁及以下护理人员依固定教员、统一教材和标准进行急救理论、技术操作及模拟抢救演示训练 ,培训前后将考核情况进行对比分析。结果 培训后护理人员的急救理论、技术操作及模拟抢救演示考核合格率均明显高于培训前 (P <0 .0 1) ,提示加强培训将大大提高护理人员急救技能。结论 急救护理技能培训应纳入继续护理学教育之中 ,形成定期规范化培训。

ObjectiveTo study effective Methods for first aid nursing.MethodsSimulated performance of first aid training was conducted on all the staff nurses under 45 years old in the hospital on the basis of appointed trainers, uniform training textbooks, and identical standards. The results from pre and post training examinations were analyzed.ResultsThe passing rate at examination after training was significantly higher that than before training with regard to first aid theory, technical practice and simulated first aid performance ( P <0.01).ConclusionTechnical training of first aid nursing should be integrated into continuing nursing education to formulize standardized and regularized training.
