摘要 目的 培养具备多种才能的护生 ,以适应现代整体护理实践的要求。方法 在实验组和对照组两组学生中 ,分别采用泰勒教学模式和传统教学模式。结果 两组学生在提高自学、批判性思维、分析、处理问题、沟通等能力方面有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 泰勒教学模式对培养学生多种才能有一定作用 ,在高等护理教育中值得推广应用。 ObjectiveTo explore the teaching mode in higher nursing education.Methods In practical teaching, Tyler's teaching mode was applied in the experimental group and the traditional teaching mode in the control group.Results It was shown that the differences were significant in the ability of self study, critical thinking, analysis, handle of problems, communication between the groups ( P<0.05, P <0.01).ConclusionTyler's teaching mode plays much more role in developing multi abilities of students, worth wide adoption in higher nursing education.
