摘要
目的 了解在职护士形体语言教育效果。方法 采用问卷调查法 ,对我院在职护士对形体语言的认知、文化程度进行相关性比较 ,详细调查应用态度及临床应用情况。结果 90 %以上的护士认识到形体语言的重要性 ;文化程度的高低对形体语言的认知情况比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;85 %以上对形体语言应用态度积极 ;90 %以上能将形体语言应用临床护理工作。结论 继续加强在职护士形体语言教育 ,有计划、定时间 ,配合形象化教育 ,是 2 1世纪培养全能护士的需要。
ObjectiveTo understand the effects of body language education in the nurses at work.MethodsA self designed questionnaire was used to survey the nurse's recognition of body language, relationships between education and body languages, attitudes in application and clinical application of body languages.Results More than 90% of the nurses recognized the importance of body languages. There was significant difference in education levels and body languages ( P <0.05). More than 85% of them held active attitudes at using body languages. More than 90% applied them to clinical nursing.ConclusionContinuous and regularized enhancement in body language education is a need to meet the purpose of cultivating high quality nurses in the 21st century.
