摘要 报道5例进入前房的角膜深层非金属异物取出手术。术中前房注入2%甲基纤维素,这时前房呈过深状态,增加了异物尖端与晶状体的距离。而且术野清晰,在手术显微镜下准确而完整地取出大部份进入前房并紧密嵌入角膜深层的非金属异物。结果表明前房注入甲基纤维素大大提高了手术的成功率,而且可使晶状体及角膜内皮免遭损伤. Five cases of removing the non-metal foreign body in deeP cornea-anterior chamber were reported. During the operation 2% methycellulose was injected into the anterior chamber. At that time, the anterior chamber became much deeper than before, so that the distance between the foreign body and the lens was increased remarkably. The anterior chamber k, t still so clear as before injection. Under the operativemicroscope, the nonmetal foreign body in deep cornea-a nterior chamber was removed accurately and completely. The results proved that the success cate of operation was increased and the lens and the corneal endothelium were prevented from injury.
