摘要
为观察脑热清口服液 (主药 :黄芩、人工牛黄、滑石、藿香、柴胡等 )对实验动物的解热、抗炎及急性毒性作用。以乙酰水杨酸水溶片为阳性对照品 ,验证脑热清口服液大、中、小剂量 (分别相当于临床用量的 10 ,5 ,2 .5倍 )对细菌内毒素致家兔发热、2 ,4 二硝基苯酚致家兔发热模型的解热作用、对二甲苯致小鼠耳壳炎症水肿和小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的抗炎作用 ;对小鼠的急性毒性试验。结果 :大、中剂量脑热清口服液对细菌内毒素引起的家兔感染性发热模型有较显著的解热作用 ;对 2 ,4 二硝基苯酚致家兔非感染性发热有较好的抑制作用 ;大剂量脑热清口服液对二甲苯大、中剂量对H+ 等致炎因子引起的小鼠急性渗出性炎症 ,有明显的抑制作用 ;脑热清对小鼠无毒副作用。结论 :脑热清口服液具有显著的解热 (感染性和非感染性发热 )和抗炎作用 。
In order to observe the antipyretic and anti inflammatory function and acute toxicity of 'Slight Fever Clearing oral Liquid'(main ingredients:Radix Scutellariae,man made Calculus Bovis,Talcum,herba Agastachis,Radix Bupleuri) in the experimental animals,Acetylsalicylic Acid Enterosoluble Tablets were used as positive control agent to prove the antipyretic function of small,medium and large dose(respectively corresponding to 2.5,5 and 10 times of clinical dose) of 'Slight fever clearing Oral Liquid'in the rabbits with fever caused by bacterial endotoxin and rabbit fever model caused by 2,4 dinitroaniline and anti inflammatory function in dimethy lbenzene induced auricular inflammatory edems in mice and in capillary permeability of the abdominal cavity of mice,together with experiment of its acute toxicity in mice.The results showed that the small,medium and large dose of 'Slight Fever Clearing Oral Liquid' had a remarkable antipyretic function in infectious rabbit fever model caused by bacterial endotoxin and had a better inhibitory function in non infectious fever caused by 2,4 dinitroaniline.There was an obvious inhibitory function in large dose of 'Slight Fever Clearing Oral Liquid' in acute effusive inflammation caused by dimethylbenzene and in large and medium dose in acute effusive inflammation caused by H + inflammation inducing factora.'Slight Fever Clearing Oral Liquid'had no toxic and side effect in mice.Conclusively,'Slight Fever Clearing Oral Liquid' has a remarkable antipyretic (infectious and non infectious fever) and anti inflammatory function and there is no toxic and side effect.
