早期结膜移植治疗重症眼部烧伤

Early Conjunctival Transplantation in the Treatment of Serious Eye Burn

分析和总结了20例<22眼>重度眼部烧伤患者进行早期结膜移植术的疗效。半年以上的随访观察显示,严重眼部烧伤的早期,采用新鲜的自体或异体结膜取代含有大量硷性物质及有毒水解产物的坏死结膜,可以从根本上阻断烧伤的病理发展过程,从而避免了角膜溃疡和穿孔的机会及睑球粘连的发生,亦减少了血管新生的刺激因素,为Ⅱ期增视性角膜移植术改善了基地,争取了复明的机会。

The authors analysed and summarized the curative effect of 20 cases (22eyes) with serious chemical burn by the early conjunctival transplantation. Over 6 months follow up shows that the fresh autoplastic or homoplastic conjunctival tissues can be instead of the necrotic tissues which contained a lot of alkaline substance and toxic hydrolysate. It can also prevent the, pathological development of burn and reduce the opportunity of occurring corneal ulcer and perforation as well as sy(?)nblepharon, It algo reduced the stimulant factors of neovasc ulation and provide a better base for the secondary optical corneal transplantation and iucreased the opportunity of visual rehabilitation.
