本文对北京化工实验厂144名接触化学物质工人眼损伤情况进行了临床流行病学调查,主要为职业性接触氨的眼损伤。66.7％的工人有不同程度的眼刺激症状,16.3％的受检者有角膜上皮点状脱落,荧光素染色阳性,其中以包装工阳性率为最高,占59.6％,与对照组和其它工种比较有非常显著差异,与车间空气氨浓度之间有明显相关关系。
