摘要
本文根据异物在X光片中影像移位的规律性,应用解剖学和定位环中心与眼球内异物,当限球转动时同步旋转且角量相等的原理,由三度定理和异物影像在正、侧、轴三位图中同一坐标长对应相等的关系,几何作图校正当眼球(定位环)偏位时异物在X光片中的移位影像复位从而得到异物在眼内的正确位置。
The rotation of eyeball causès the image of foreign body lacks fidelity in the front and lateral X--ray films, would make it impossible to localize aecurately the intraocular foreign body and select the best site of incision.This paper puts forward the accurate localization of foreign body by applying the law of the displacement of image in X--ray films; the theory of anatomy and centre of localizing ring and intraocular foreign body rotate synchronously with equal angle when eyeball rotates; the theory of threedimensional space and the corresponding equal of the same coordinate in front view, lateral view and axis view ; in order to correct the displacement of image of foreign body in X--ray film to the right position through making, geometric figure, when eyeball(localizing ring ) deviate.
