摘要
本研究的目的在于评估吉林市教育工作者工作生活的三个方面 :工作满意感、自我效能和团队意识 ,揭示它们的内在联系以及与人口统计学参数之间的联系 ,客观反映吉林市教育工作者的工作生活质量 。
The purpose of the present study was to assess three principle aspects of life quality,job satisfaction,self efficacy,organizational commitment in teaching job holders of Jilin city and to explore their interrelationships and associations with demographic parameters in order to reflect the teachers' quality of work life in Jilin city objectively and offer the important information and reasonable suggest for the education organization.
