无机纳米粒子对人类细胞培养及植物组培苗影响的研究

Effects of Inorganic Nanoparticles on Human Cell′s Reproduction and Bramble Tissue Culture

使用TiO2 和K2 Ti4O9纳米颗粒处理了体外培养的人类肝细胞和树莓组织培养材料 ,研究了纳米颗粒对培养的人类肝细胞增殖和对植物组织培养材料生长及生理状态的影响 ,结果表明纳米粒子不影响体外培养的肝细胞的增殖 ,对组织培养中的树莓无菌苗根的生长无影响 ,对树莓叶片再生芽的发育有促进作用 .

The effects of TiO\-2 and K\-2Ti\-4O\-9 nanoparticles on bramble tissue culture and human liver cell′s reproduction are reported here.The result shows that these two kinds of inorganic nanoparticle are the facilitation factors of regeneration of bramble′s leaf,while there are no obvious effects on the others.
