摘要
研究了吡虫啉对玉米田蝗虫杀伤毒力及群落结构的影响 .结果表明玉米田有 9种蝗虫 ,其中优势种为花胫绿纹蝗 (Ailopusthalasisinustamulus(Fabr .) )和黄胫小车蝗 (OedaleusinfernalisSauss) .室内毒力试验 ,在田间使用浓度下 ,用药膜法和喷雾法测定了吡虫啉对两优势种蝗虫的击倒作用 ,计算了KT50 ;以点滴法测得其对两优势种蝗虫的触杀作用LD50 为 39.5和 2 7.3μg/头 ;浸叶法测得其胃毒作用LD50 为 35 .0和 14 .1μg/头 .田间试验喷药后 10d防效均可在5 0 %以上 ,同时喷药前后田间蝗虫群落结构也发生着明显的变化 .
The paper reports the insecticidal function of imidacloprid to grasshopper community in corn fields. The results show that there are 9 species of grasshoppers, Ailopus thalasisinus tamulus (Fabr.) and Oedaleus infernalis Sauss are dominant species. KT 50 of imidacloprid to two dominant species knockdown effect was monitored by vial residue and spray methods, LD 50 values of contact poisoning to two dominant species are 39.5 and 27.3 μg/grasshopper respectively. LD 50 values of stomach poisoning to them are 35.0 and 14.1 μg/grasshopper respectively. 50% insecticide function is attained within 10 d after insecticide application. Community structure of grasshoppers is changed after the insecticide application.
