试论地方小交通及其构建问题

A Study on Local Lower Communication and Its Construction

针对目前国内地方道路少、等级低、路况差、与过境大交通不配套的现状 ,本文提出加强规划、建管养结合、适度超前、模式多样、系统协调等构建原则 。

Right now in China the mileage of local highway is short,the class is lower, the condition is not well, and it can not fit the transit communication of region. The paper gives some proposals about the construction of local traffic to promote regional co development.
