采用肌肉肌腱延长术治疗共同性斜视病人58例,平均随访98.93天,效果稳定。虽然治疗率经统计学处理,与常规术式无显著性差异,但本术式具有不缝巩膜、肌止点不变、手术量范围大;超常量施术时,手术野易暴露,操作安全,并发症少等优点。适用于偏斜角大、高度近视及儿童等巩膜薄的斜视病人。

The cure rate showed no statistical difference when compared with the convential operations. The advantages of this operation are: no need to sew the sclera, no change in muscle insertions, large amplitude of the operation, safe and less complications when performed with supernormal amount of the operation, Patient with large angle, high myopia and children are suitable for this operation.
