浅议党领导下的国家法制建设

On the Construction of State Legal System under the Leadership of the Party

在党的领导下,我国法制建设业已取得显著成就,立法、执法、守法、法律监督等环节已取得长足的进步。对法制建设过程中暴露出来的问题正在着手解决。一是努力统一法理,重理论更重实践;二是正确借鉴、吸收国外优秀成果;三是坚持以德治国与依法治国相结合,提高法制水平;四是健全监督体系,强化监督效能。

Under the leadership of the Party, we have obtained remarkable achievements in the construction of legal system, especially in terms of legislation, law implementation,law observance and law supervision. Problems thatemerge during the construction process are now being solved in the following ways: 1. Make efforts to unify the legal principles and stress practice as well as theory; 2. Assimilate and refer to foreign achievements critically; 3. While Adhering to the principle of running the country with morality, stick to the principle of governing the country according to the law; 4. Perfect supervision system and intensify the supervising efficiency.
