ON the Innovation of Management System of the State-owned Capital

完善国有资产监督、管理体制,是搞活国有资产,深化国有企业改革的一项基本任务,也是建立现代企业制度的重要前提。目前,国有资产管理体制仍存在种种弊端,并成为搞活国有经济、建立现代企业制度的障碍。本文主要从国有资产管理体制创新的必要性入手进行分析,提出国有资产管理体制创新的思路和需要解决好的基本问题,以期对推进国有资产管理体制的创新作点有益的探索。

Improving supervision and management system of the state-owned capital is vital for enlivening the state-owned economy, deepening the reform of the state-owened enterprises, and building the mechanisms of modern enterprises. Now , a variety of malpractice in the management system of the state-owned capital hinder enlivening the state-owned economy and building mechanisms of modern enterprises, this article analyses the essentiality from innovation of management system of the state-owned capital, and suggests the thinking ways and resolved-problems of innovation of management system of the state-owned capital.
