摘要
人类社会发展进入知识社会以后,对教师角色的更新与转换提出了客观要求,并赋予了教师角色新的内涵与特征。新世纪的教育工作者必须及时转换自身角色,重塑自我。
Knowledge society has been putting forward the new demand for transformation and renovation of the role of a teacher, and giving a new meaning and a new characteristic. Therefore, a teacher in the new century must transform and reconstruct the role of himself / herself.
