Problem and Improving Method on Lapping of Large Journal Bearing

用摩擦学理论分析大型径向轴颈轴承瓦刮研的有关参数 .针对现行施工与验收规范存在的问题进行研究 ,给出了计算公式和参数 .实验结果证明 ,施加一定的法向载荷和适当加大轴瓦侧间隙及减小接触包角可以改善润滑条件和节省施工时间 .

The theory of tribology has been used to analyze the lapping methods of large journal bearing. Both calculation formulas and parameters have been given under the study of the nowadays construction and inspection specification, and some suggestions have been proposed on lapping method. The experiment results prove that inflicting some normal lord and increasing bush side clearance and decreasing contact angle can improve the lubricating condition and save the construction time.
