摘要
β-酪啡肽7是 β-酪蛋白在消化道中的不完全酶解产物 ,它可被新生动物吸收入血 ,影响机体的内分泌与免疫系统的功能 ,本实验表明 :0 .2 μmol/Lβ-酪啡肽 7可显著促进 5日龄的仔猪垂体前叶细胞增殖 (上升 60 .49% ,P<0 .0 5、n=5 ) ,对于 1日龄、2 8日龄仔猪垂体前叶细胞增殖无显著影响 (n=3 )。 0 .1 μmol/L的 β-酪啡肽7能显著促进 1日龄仔猪外周血淋巴细胞的增殖 (升高 42 .3 8% ,P<0 .0 1、n=3 )。1 μmol/L的 β-酪啡肽7能显著促进 5日龄仔猪外周血淋巴细胞的自然增殖 (升高 2 2 .84% ,P<0 .0 1、n=3 ) ,1 0μmol/L的β-酪啡肽 7能显著促进 5日龄仔猪淋巴细胞的增殖 (升高 2 7.0 2 % ,P<0 .0 5、n=3 )。β-酪啡肽7对 2 8日龄仔猪淋巴细胞增殖无显著性影响 (n=3 )
casomorphin 7 is the incomplete hydrolyzate of β casein, which can be absorbed into newborn's blood and then exerts modulatory effects on the endocrine and the immune systems. Our experiment shows that β casomorphin 7 (0.2μmol/L) can significantly stimulate the proliferation of pituitary cells of 5 days' piglet ( by 60.49%,P<0.05,n=5 ) and as for 1, 28 days' piglet ,the effects are less pronounced (n=3). β casomorphin 7 (0.1 μmol/L) can significantly stimulate the proliferation of lymphocyte of 1 day's piglet ( by 42.38%,P<0.01,n=3), while 1 umol/L, 10μmol/L β casomorphin 7 significantly shows prompting effect on the proliferation of lymphocyte of 5 days' (by 22.84%,P<0.01,n=3) and the 28 days' (27.02%,P<0.05,n=3) piglets respectively.
