产酸性尿酶Y2002菌株的分离与鉴定

Isolation and identification of a bacteria Y2002 producing urease

从嘉兴豆制品厂排水沟污泥中分离到 1株产酸性脲酶的菌株 ,命名为 Y2 0 0 2 ,该菌株细胞杆形 ,大小为 0 .41μm×1 .70 μm,无鞭毛、无芽孢、G-。生长最适 p H6.8～ 7.2 ,范围为 4.0～ 8.5 ;最适温度为 3 7℃ ,可生长范围为 1 5～ 42℃ ,在p H4.0～ 5 .5发酵液中产酶稳定 ,酶活可达 0 .2 68U。根据其生理生化特性 ,鉴定为肠杆菌科克雷伯氏菌属肺炎克雷伯氏菌。

A strain ,named Y2002,which could produce urease was isolated and identified from mud sample collectd from Jiaxing Legumes Manufactory. The cells of strain Y2002 were rods with 0.41×1.70μm, G -,without spore and peritricha.The strain had the urease activity of 0.268u/ml in fermented broth. The optical pH6.8～7.2 with range of from 4.0 to 8.5 and the optical temperature was 37℃,ranging from 15 to 42℃ for growth based on its physiological and biochemical characteristics strain Y2002,was considered to be belonged to Klebsiella pneumoniae,Enterbactertiacae.
