现场预制后张法18m跨薄腹梁施工要点探讨

Construction key points of on-site prefabrication post-stressed thin webbed girder with 18 m span

针对预应力混凝土薄腹梁的施工 ,结合工程实例从施工方案的选择、施工前的准备、施工顺序、关键施工技术等几个方面进行了论述。实践证明掺入木钙减水剂 ,加快了模板的周转 ,同时在现场制作上 ,采用叠浇法施工和台模支撑体系 ,能够保证模板的整体刚度 ,达到了设计要求。

According to the construction of prestressed concrete thin webbed girder and combined with the selection of construction plan the construction key points are discussed from preparation, construction order, construction technology and other aspects. The practice verified that calcium lignosulphonate water reducing agent could reduce periodicity of moulds. At the same time the adoption of laminated pouring method and fetal membrane supporting system can enhance the integral rigidity of moulds and meet the design demands.
