摘要
知识经济下 ,劳动者要提高自身素质 ,更新知识和技能 ,必须注重自身人才意识的培养 ,不断地更新知识 ,高质量地体现为经济服务的功能。企业培训中重视人才培养 ,讲究多层次、多形式、多课题 ,并且完善培训制度。指出内外因联动 ,可全面提高劳动者素质 ,从而推动我国人力资本战略的实现。
Under the condition of intellectual economy labor must renovate knowledge and skills to enhance self quality. And professional training the viewpoint of training should be adjusted, which should with strict evaluation system and embody economic service functions. For enterprise training the talented persons viewpoint should be emphasized and the training system should be improved based on multi level, multi forms and multi topics. Through the enhancement of labor's quality the realization of human capital strategy of our country can be promoted.
