在“城市更新”的历史背景下 ,城市更新应以“历史保护”观念为出发点 ,分析探讨了“工业类历史建筑及地段的保护性改造再利用”的发展特点 ,并从认识观念、法律制度、行政管理以及公众参与等几方面进行分析研究 ,并提出几点建议 ,以期城市得到更新的发展。

Based on 'historical protection' in city renewal the developmental characteristics of 'Protective modification and reutilization of industrial historical building' are analyzed and discussed. And from some aspects such as reorganization, legal institutions, public administration and public participation the analysis and study are carried out. At the same time some suggestions are proposed to help the renewal development of city.
