摘要
目的了解慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者入院时的营养状况。方法对30例COPD入院患者进行人体测量,实验室检查和膳食调查。结果部分COPD患者存在营养失调。蛋白质、热能供给基本满足需要,脂肪热能<25%,糖量热能>60%,不符合COPD的膳食要求,膳食结构有待改进。结论临床医师要善于发现营养失调的患者,营养师应定期进行膳食调查,根据不同疾病调整营养素的供能结构。
Objective To evaluate the nutritional status of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods Thirty COPD patients were enrolled in the study.Body mass,biochemical test and diet investigation were completed.Results Some patients were under maladjusted nutritional status.Protein and energy were enough.The percentage of the fat in the total composition was to be improved.Conclusion Clinical physician should find the patients who were in maladjusted nutrition.The dietitian should give diseas specific advice to the patients for rational diet through periodical dietary investigation.
