摘要
目的 :观察睫状神经营养因子 (CNTF)对大鼠创伤性脊髓水肿的影响及其可能的作用机制。 方法 :采用改良Allen打击法致SD大鼠T8脊髓损伤 ,分别于术前及术后 3天用干湿法测定脊髓组织水含量、用原子吸收分光光度计测定脊髓组织中Ca2 + 的含量。 结果 :脊髓损伤后局部组织含水量、Ca2 + 含量均显著增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,用CNTF治疗后水含量、Ca2 + 含量有明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,但和正常组相比仍有明显差异。 结论 :CNTF可能是通过阻止Ca2 + 内流、稳定细胞内外Ca2 + 平衡而起到减轻创伤性脊髓水肿的作用。
Objectives:To evaluate the effect and mechanism of ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) on spinal cord edema in rats. Methods:SD rats were subjected to incomplete spinal cord injury (SCI) with modified Allen method. Contents of spinal cord tissue water and Ca 2+ were measured preoperatively and 3 days after SCI. Results:There were significant increases in the contents of spinal cord tissue water and Ca 2+ after injury, which were decreased obviously after treated with CNTF ( P < 0.01). Conclusions:CNTF may relieve spinal cord edema by regulating the balance of extracellular and intracellular calcium.
