小儿角膜移植临床分析

Clinical analysis of corneal transplantation in children

报告17例18眼小儿角膜移植临床结果及分析。穿透及板层各9眼,年龄最小2岁,最大13岁;观察6月～5年半。穿透移植5眼透明,3眼半透明,1眼混浊。板层移植7眼透明,2眼混浊。本组无因全麻及其术后小儿不配合影响疗效,强调小儿在选择好适应症下。

The clinical analysis of keratoplasty in 18 eyes from 17 children aged between 2 and 13 years was reported. The period of follow-up kept 6 to 66 months, Five out of 9 corneal buttons from penetrating keratoplasty had kept transparent, whereas three buttons were semitransparent and one button was opaque. The lamella buttons in 7 out of 9 eyes were transparent, the rest 2 buttons became opaque. The effect of treatment was not influenced by general anesthsis and unrestfulness in children. The result indicate that chidrens keratoplasty should be performed as early as possible.
