颈椎融合笼在颈前路减压融合术中的应用

Application of cervical cage in anterior decompression and fusion

目的 :探讨颈椎融合笼在颈前路融合术中的应用价值。 方法 :对 45例颈椎病患者共 5 9个节段施行前路减压、颈椎融合笼固定术。术后随访观察骨性融合率、椎间高度维持及有无内置物并发症。 结果 :45例均获随访 ,平均随访时间为 10 .3个月 ,均获得骨性融合 ,融合率 10 0 % ;1例在术后 2个月时椎间高度丢失 1.1mm ,术后 6个月椎间高度无继续丢失 ;未发生融合笼滑移、松动或破碎等内置物并发症。 结论 :颈椎融合笼应用于颈前路融合术可明显提高骨性融合率 ,有效维持椎间高度 ,内置物并发症少 ,应用前景良好。

Objectives: To discuss the value of cervical cage in anterior decompression and fusion. Methods:Forty five cervical spondylopathy cases were treated by anterior decompression and fusion with cervical cage. The average period of follow up was 10.3 months,the bone fusion rate,maintenance of intervertebral height,and the complications of the hardware were observed. Results: Forty five cases were all followed up,solid fusion were obtained,the fusion rate was 100%,only 1 case losed 1.1 mm of the intervertebral height in 2 months after operation,but didn't lose any more in 6 months after operation,and there were no complications related to cervical cafe displacement or breakage. Conclusions: Using cervical cage in anterior fusion could increase the bone fusion rate and maintain the intervertebral height. There are few complications of the implants and the applied value of cervical cage is good.
