摘要
目的 :本实验研究旨在评价小剂量阿米三嗪 (ALM)对单肺通气 (OLV)期间动脉氧合及血液动力学的影响。方法 :取成年雄性杂种犬 14条 ,随机平均分入对照组或ALM组 ;行双腔气管内插管全麻 ;仅对ALM组犬持续静滴ALM 3μg/kg/min。分别测定两组实验犬双肺通气 (TLV) 2 0min、单肺通气 (OLV) 5 ,10 ,30 ,6 0及12 0min时的氧合指标及血液动力学参数。结果 :OLV 10 ,30 ,6 0及 12 0min时 ,ALM组PaO2 比对照组明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,肺分流率 (Qs/Qt)明显减少 (P <0 .0 5 ) :两组间血液动力学参数的变化无显著性差别。结论 :小剂量ALM能显著提高OLV期间PaO2 ,减少Qs/Qt;小剂量ALM对血液动力学无明显影响。
Objective: To investigate the effect of low-dose almitrine (ALM) on oxygenation and hemodynamics in canine during one lung ventilation (OLV).Methods: Fourteen dogs were randomly and equally divided into two groups: control group and ALM group.Oxygenation and hemodynamic parameters at 5min, 10min, 30min,60min and 120min during OLV were measured and compared in dogs of the two groups.Results:Compared with control group, PaO 2 increased significantly and transpulmonary shunt fraction (Qs/Qt) decreased at 10min, 30min, 60min and 120min after OLV in ALM group ( P <0.05).There was no statistical difference of hemodynamic parameters between the two groups ( P >0.05). Conclusions:The study shows that low-dose ALM improves arterial oxygenation during OLV and has no obvious influence on hemodynamics.
