摘要
目的 :应用新西兰兔急性局限性颅高压模型 ,研究经颅多谱勒频谱参数与脑灌注压的关系。方法 :2 0只新西兰兔随机分为二组 ,实验组 12只 ,间断硬膜外水囊注水 ,TCD持续监测 ,直至动物死亡为止 ;对照组 8只 ,水囊不注水 ,TCD持续监测同样时间。结果 :随着ICP的升高 ,CPP降低 ;经颅多谱勒参数与CPP有一定关系 ,相关性强弱依次为 :RI>PI >cf=ce >Vd >Vm >Vs。结论 :经颅多谱勒参数可以定量地反映颅高压时脑灌注压的改变。
Objective:To evaluate the correlation between the parameters of TCD and cerebral perfusion pressure of acute localized intracranial hypertension model of New Zealand white rabbits. Methods:We divided 20 New Zealand white rabbits radomly into two groups, the experimental group (n=12) and control group (n=8). TCD in different time and different intracranial pressure was monitored in experimental group constantly until the animal died. TCD in control group was monitored at the same time.Results:The increase of ICP in experimental group was accordance with the dcrease of CPP and the parameters of TCD correlated with CPP tightly. The order of these parameters was RI>PI>cf=ce>Vd>Vm>Vs according to their contribution. Conclusions:CPP of this ICP model can be calculated by analyzing these parameters of TCD.
