摘要
目的 :观察杏丁抗心肌缺血性损伤的作用。方法 :兔随机分为对照组和杏丁组 ,采用结扎兔冠状动脉左前降支的方法造成急性心肌梗死的实验模型。杏丁组于冠脉结扎前 1h静注杏丁 5ml/kg。用血清肌酸磷酸激酶活性和心电图变化及心肌细胞凋亡指数评价杏丁对心肌缺血的保护作用。结果 :与对照组比较 ,冠脉结扎2 4h后杏丁组血清CPK活性、心电图中出现ST段异常抬高的导联数及ST段抬高程度和Q波出现的导联数均明显减少 ,同时 ,杏丁组梗死周围缺血区心肌细胞凋亡指数也显著降低。结论 :杏丁对心肌缺血性损伤有明显保护作用。
Objective:To observe the protective effect of Xingding on myocardial ischemia injury. Methods:Rabbits were randomly divided into control group and Xingding group. The experimental myocardial infarction was induced by high level ligation of the anterior descending of the left coronary artery (LAD) in rabbits. Xingding (5ml/kg) was injected into the rabbits in Xingding group via ear marginal vein 1h before LAD was ligated. The protective effects were determined by the activity of serum creatin phosphorate kinase (CPK) and the changes in ECG and apoptosis index of myocardial cell. Results:Compared with control group, the activity of serum CPK, the degree of S-T segment elevation, the number of S-T elevating leads and Q-wave in ECG were remarkably decreased in Xingding group 24h after ligation of LAD( P <0.05,0.01).The apoptosis index of Xingding group was also significantly lower than that of control group( P <0.01). Conclusions:Xingding has protective effects on experimental myocardial ischemia injury.
