肌酐和比重校正尿液中苯乙醛酸和苯乙醇酸浓度的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 [目的 ]探讨肌酐与比重校正尿液的效果。 [方法 ]检测 6 0名苯乙烯作业工人尿中苯乙醛酸、苯乙醇酸 ,通过对肌酐校正法与比重校正法的结果进行比较 ,探讨两种校正法的区别。 [结果 ]肌酐校正的变异系数小于比重校正 ,但在实际应用中苯乙烯接触剂量与尿中代谢物进行相关分析时 ,则比重校正的效果更好。 [结论 ]比重与肌酐校正各有优势 。
