摘要
应用清华大学化工系设计的高效组合干燥工艺流程对原有的赫斯特干燥工艺流程进行改进 :将赫斯特工艺中的引风机改为干燥床的送风机 ,将原赫斯特Φ 14 0 0的干燥床替换成清华大学设计的Φ10 0 0干燥床 ,绞龙由原来干燥管总心进料改为切向进料并将光轴后的实体螺旋改为叶片型螺旋。改进后聚氯乙烯的优等品率提高了 15 % ,且树脂含水量低 ,不易返潮 。
The high-efficiency-combined drying process designed by chemical department of Tsinghua University was adopted to modify the old Hoechst drying process.The old induced draft fan in Hoechst process was used as a blow fan for drying bed.The Φ 1 400 drying bed in the old Hoechst process was substituted by a Φ 1 000 one designed by Tsinghua University.The feeding mode from drying pipe into winch barrel was changed from central to tangential.The solid spiral behind optical axis was replaced by a blade spiral.After carrying out these modifications,the rate of top grade PVC was increased by 15% ,PVC resin contained low content of water and wasnt easy to get damp.The capacity of drying system was increased greatly.
