摘要
运用差示扫描量热法(DSC)等分析手段研究了PET-PBT共聚酯的结晶性能。研究表明:共聚酯切片的冷结晶温度(Tc)及熔融结晶温度(Tmc)均随PBT链段的引入及含量的增加而降低,第四单体的加入及其分子质量的改变对Tc及Tmc的影响不同;结晶动力学研究表明共聚酯的最大结晶速率出现的温度与PET相比向低温区转移;X衍射结果表明PBT含量的增加使晶体的晶粒尺寸略有增加。
The crystallization property of PET-PBT copolyester has been investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and X-ray in this paper. The result indicated that Tc and Tmc of copolyester decreased with the introduction and increasing of PBT. The crystallization kinetics of copolyester indicated that the maximal crystallization rate temperature is below than that of PET. The result of WAXD analysis told us that add of the amount of PBT make the crystal grain dimension bigger.
