摘要
以苯-甲醇(80∶6,V/V)为展开剂,在薄层硅胶板上分离出复方雷琐辛涂剂中的苯酚和雷琐辛,然后运用双波长薄层扫描法(λ_S=265nm,λ_R=310nm)进行含量测定。该法的平均回收率:苯酚99.6%,雷琐辛100.3%。
Benzene-methanol (80∶6, V/V) was used as the developing agent to separate phenol (R_f=0.61) and resorcinol (R_f=0.19) from compound pigment of resorcinol. The amount of phenol and resorcinol was determined by dual wave-length (λ_S=265nm, λ_R=310nm) thin-layer chromatography densitomitry. The average recoveries for phenol and resorcinol are 99.6% and 100.3% respectively.
