摘要
通过对氯乙烯精馏尾气回收工艺的对比 ,提出一种更合理的回收工艺 :在回收进料尾排 (一次尾排 )时 ,采用活性炭吸附 ,而回收低塔尾气 (二次尾排 )时经缓冲罐后再进入转化器 ,对乙炔进行二次转化回收 ,采用该技术每年 (在 3万t/a装置上 )相当于回收氯乙烯约 32 0t,增加效益 96万元 ,并减少了压缩、精馏。
A more reasonable process for recovering tail gas from vinyl chloride rectification was proposed by comparison with other different processes.The tail gas from feeding (primary tail gas) was recovered by adsorption of active carbon.The tail gas from low-boiling tower (secondary tail gas) flowed through a buffer tank into a convertor where acetylene was again converted into VCM and recovered.After adopting the above technology on a 30 kt/a facility,about 320 tons of VCM could be recovered,so that benefits can be increased by 0.96 million $RMB,with reduced load of compression,rectification and refrigeration.
