摘要
4—8g/kg的冬虫夏草能明显促进小鼠骨髓粒-单系祖细胞(CFU—GM)增殖,其作用维持约4天;剂量大于10g/kg时,可抑制CFU—GM增殖。4mg/kg的三尖杉酯碱(Ha)明显抑制小鼠CFU—GM增殖;但若先用冬虫夏草(6g/kg)处理小鼠,上述剂量的Ha则可使CFU—GM产率维持于对照组水平。
The effect of cordyceps sinensis (CS) and harringtonine ( Ha) on proliferation of granulocyte-macrophage progenitors (CFU-GM) of LACA mouse bone marrow were investigated by using the agar culture technique in vitro.A single dose of 4g / kg CS intraperitoneally increased the numbers of CFU-GM markedly. The numbers of CFU-GM reached the utmost limit when the dose of CS had gotten to 6g/kg.Then, the numbers decreased, although the dose of CS had increased further. A single dose of 4mg / kg Ha decreased the numbers of CFU-GM significantly.Pretreatment of mice with CS (6g / kg) could protect and correct the decrease of the numbers of CFU-GM resulting from the cytotoxic effect of Ha (4mg / kg) These results showed that CS not only enhanced granulocyte-macrophage colonies formation, but also corrected the myelosuppressive effect of Ha.
