SEBF/SLF防腐蚀涂层耐介质渗透性试验研究

The Study of Test for Permeability Resistance in Chemical Medium of the SEBF/SLF Anti-Corrosion Coatings

本文采用静态浸泡法 ,测定了SEBF熔融结合环氧粉末涂料和SLF环氧双组分液体涂料在几种典型介质中的增重率、水溶性、吸水性随时间变化曲线 ,提出了采用增重率和水溶性两个参数评价有机涂层的抗介质渗透性的可靠性和合理性 ,并对SEBF/SLF系列涂层的耐化学腐蚀性进行了综合评价 。

The text describes the rule of mass gain and water-solubility and water-absorption of SEBF fusion bonded epoxy costings and SLF epoxy double composition liquid coatings in some typical medium by static immersion testing,and we bring forward mass gain and water-solubility evaluating the SEBP/SLF Anti-Corrosion Coatings permeability in the corrosive medium,it can procid more useful reference to application of two series coatings in Anti-Corrosion environment.
