联动油缸机构的遗传优化设计

摘要 为使喷浆机器人纵向进给机构与巷道中线始终保持平行 ,采用了一组油缸联动机构 ,并用改进的遗传算法对其进行了优化设计。改进后的遗传算法采用浮点数编码 ,用惩罚函数处理等式和不等式的约束问题 。 In order to keep the parallel relation between the longitudinal feed gear and tunnel centerline, a link gear with oil cylinder is adopted. And modified genetic algorithms is used for optimization design. The modified genetic algorithms is suit to all constrained optimization problems of nonlinear for it uses floating point code and adopts penalty functions to deal with the equation and inequation constraints.
