摘要
采用一种新的工艺处理不溶性富钾岩石 ,合成了 1 3X沸石分子筛、沉淀二氧化硅 (白炭黑 )、碳酸钾、碳酸钠等化工产品 ,产品性能符合国家或化工行业标准 ,使得原岩石中的 Si、Al、K、Na等元素均转变为高附加值的产品 ,降低了生产成本 ,提高了总体经济效益 ,资源利用率接近1 0 0 %。而且在整个工艺流程中无“废气”、“废水”、“废渣”排放。
A new technique for comprehensive utilization of potassium-abundant rock was proposed in this article.Using the technique,the silicon,aluminium,potassium and sodium contained in the rock can be transformed into 13X zeolite molecular sieves,white carbon black,potassium carbonate and sodium corbonte respectively,moreover,there are not waste gas,waste water and waste residue during the process of production.
