摘要 在测定 Sulfobacillus thermosulfidooxidans生长曲线的基础上 ,以 Fe2 +的氧化表征细菌的生长规律 ,考察了初始 p H、接种量、初始 Fe2 +浓度对细菌生长及亚铁氧化的影响。实验结果表明 ,在混合营养条件下 ,初始 p H1 .6、接种量 1 0 %、初始 Fe2 +浓度 50~ 1 0 0 m mol/ L适宜细菌的生长及亚铁的氧化。 In this paper,on the basis of determining growth curve of Sulfobacillus thermosulfidooxidans,with bacterial growth being expressed by the oxidation of ferrous iron,the effect of initial pH,inoculation amount and ferrous iron concentration on bacterial growth and ferrous iron oxidation was investigated.Experimental results showed that,initial pH1.6,inoculation amount 10% and ferrous iron concentration 50~100m mol/L is suitable for bacterial growth and ferrous iron oxidation in mixotrophic condition.
