摘要
采用还原焙烧分选法 ,从湿法炼锌的浸锌渣中富集回收有价元素 Ga、Ge、Ag等。结果表明 :当还原焙烧温度 1 1 0 0℃、时间 3h,焙烧产品磁选所得精矿 TFe、Ga、Ge含量分别为 90 .67%、1 997g/ t、1 4 1 0 g/ t, 回收率分别为 88.1 2 %、88.1 0 %和 98.33% ; 尾矿含 Ag1 4 0 3g/ t,回收率为85.85%。
Comprehensive recovery of valuable elements such as Ga,Ge,Ag,etc.from zinc leaching residues has been studied by means of reducing roasting followed by magnetic separation.The results indicated that reducing roasting not only allows perfect volatilization of Zn and Pb,but also facilitates benefication of Ga,Ge(in concentrate),Ag(in tailings) etc.by magnetic separation.When the tested residue was reduced at 1100℃ for 3 hours,the reduced product was led,by magnetic separation,to a concentrate containing 90.67% TFe,1997g/t Ga,1410g/t Ge and a tailing containing 1403g/t Ag.The recoveries of Fe,Ga,Ge,and Ag were 88.12%,88.10%,98.33%,and 85.85% respectively.
