摘要
介绍了大型粮食中转仓库控制系统的方案设计、硬件选择和软件设计 ,该系统以PLC为核心 ,上位机采用工控组态软件FIX32为开发平台 ,下位机采用 6 2 0 0编程进行应用软件编程 .系统采用单纯形寻优算法 ,利用计算机仿真技术进行优化设计 ,系统的动态性能得到有效改善 .图 4,表 2 ,参 5 .
According to the technologic of features of the large foodstuff storehouse, an automatic control system for the large scale foodstuff storehouse was designed, in which PLC was used as the core part.The project design of system,hardware selecting and software design will be introduced in this paper.The software of supervise computer was designed on industrial controlling configuration software-FIX32. The application of minor computer was designed by 6200 software.The optimized arithmetic of simplicity shape was used to optimize parameters of the system,the computer was used to imitate the parts in system.The imitate results had proved which the dynamic responding velocity was boosted and the paranormal values were played down in the system,in which the dynamic performance was improved effectively.4figs.,2tabs.,5refs.
