摘要
讨论了脱水塔底物料直接用作聚合溶剂的可行性并进行了工业试验,解决了在脱重塔检修时,聚合工序无溶剂造成停车的问题,提出了回收系统节能改进方案。
The feasibility for the bottom stream from the dewater rectification column to be delivered to polymerization unit as solvent was discussed and industrial test was done for it. The shutdown of the polymerization unit due to the repair of the heavy fraction removing column was avoided. The improved energy - saving project of the recovery unit was provided.
