Determination of the Level of Residual Volatile Hydrocarbons in Powdered Polyethylene Stockhouse

用HP6890气相色谱仪及HP7694顶空仪,采用与标准样品对照法定性,用峰面积外标法定量。将聚乙烯树脂(PE)样品放进一个密封容器中,当容器中树脂与上层空间之间的烃类建立起平衡时,通过对树脂指数和密度的测定,进而对PE在规定的时间内散发到环境中的残留挥发性烃类含量的进行了测定。

Use Hp6890 gas chromatograph and headspace sample to determine the residual volatile hydrocarbons in powdered polyethylene stockhouse both qualitatively and quantitatively, with correlation method and peak area external standard method respectively. The PE resin sample is sealed in a container. Once the equilibrium between the resin in a container and hydrocarbon in the headspace is established, measure the index and density of the resin, then further determine the residual volatile hydrocarbons volatilized from PE into the surrounding.
