摘要
按修正步冷温度曲线对经步冷脆化的 2 .2 5Cr 1Mo和在加氢反应器内运行 5a的 2 2 5Cr 1Mo试块进行了修正步冷试验 ,评定了材料的回火脆性。结果表明 ,按修正步冷曲线进行修正步冷试验能使已经脆化的材料进一步脆化 ,为加氢反应器材料损伤的研究提供了一条途径。
Based on the modified temperature curve for step cooling,the modified step cooling tests were performed on the 2.25Cr 1Mo steel block which was removed from a hydrogenation reactor after 5 years operation and on the material of 2.25Cr 1Mo steel which was embrittled by step cooling.In the mean time ,the susceptibility to temper embrittlement of 2.25Cr 1Mo steels was assessed .The test results showed that an embrittled material's susceptibility for further embrittling could be predicted by the modified step cooling heat treatment according to the modified temperature curve for step cooling. The method for the modified step cooling test provided a way for studying damage to the material which is widely used for hydrogenation reactors.
