摘要
通过对服役 7a的加氢裂化反应器DC10 2随机试块的解剖试验研究结果表明 ,长期服役对母材及焊缝的拉伸性能影响不大 ,而对材料冲击性能的影响较明显。经长期高温临氢服役 ,其材料发生脆化 ,并且焊缝金属的脆化程度高于母材。
A 12CrMo910 specimen in hydrocracking reactor DC102,whicn had been in operation for 7 years was dissected and studied. The damage of the material was found out on the operated condition of DC102. The research results showed that the impact property of the material was decreased. The embrittlement of the welding was severer than that of the base material.
