摘要
对 1台过热蒸汽炉对流管弯头进行了腐蚀形貌分析和宏观检查 ,在对弯头材质进行化学成分分析、金相组织检验和腐蚀产物相成分分析的基础上 ,指出弯头焊缝腐蚀穿孔是锅炉水中的氧腐蚀和冲刷腐蚀所致。
The corrosive appearances and macro characteristics of the elbows connecting the convection pipes in a superheated boiler were analyzed and inspected. Based on the analysis of the chemical components and microstructure of the elbow material and phase ingredients of corrosive products, it was pointed out that the perforation of the elbow was caused by oxygen corrosion and erosion corrosion of boiler water.
