摘要
板壳式换热器是从板式换热器发展而来 ,但其敞开的板外侧通道可以实现多种板式换热器所不能完成的传热过程 ,特别是液膜传热传质过程。针对不同过程的特点设计波纹板波型是板壳式换热器推广应用的关键。介绍了适合于凝结过程的同向双尺度波纹板片和适合于需要分布液膜的吸收、蒸发等过程的交叉双尺度波纹板片。
Although plate shell heat exchanger(PSHE) is developed after plate heat exchanger(PHE), it can be applied to several heat and mass transfer processes that PHE can't do, especially for those involve liquid film distribution, due to its open outside channels of the plate surfaces. Therefore, to design different corrugations for different purposes according to their features is a key task for accelerating the application of PSHEs. The schemes of two scale corrugation with same direction for condensation and those with crosswise direction for processes involve liquid film distribution such as absorption, evaporation are presented.
