摘要
介绍材质为A2 3耐磨钢的大型挖泥泵叶轮的铸造工艺设计及生产过程控制 ,采用树脂砂组芯造型、双炉熔炼、退火 +空淬 +回火等技术措施 ,成功地生产出直径为 2 0 5 0mm的P64 2 .0 15挖泥泵叶轮 ,为大型泵用钢件的铸造积累了经验。
This paper introduces a foundry technological design and production control on largescale dredging pump impeller, which is made from A23 wear resistant steel. The cast experience of large scale steel pump parts based on resin sand assembled core mold, duplex melting, and following heat treatment was also given. Then, the sound castings of P642.015 dredging pump impeler having a diameter of 2,050 mm were produced.
